Tip Line for Teens: Tool for Reporting Gun Threats

About 10% of the tips reported to the Say Something Anonymous Reporting System (an anonymous tip line for teens in grades 6-12 started by the Sandy Hook Promise Foundation) were related to a firearm-related threat, according to a new analysis. In one single state, 38 instances of school violence and 100 planned suicides were prevented over the 4-year reporting period.
